September 13, 2009 - The date I became an Ironman. By far the biggest physical challenge I've undertaken, the 2.4 miles swimming, 112 miles cycling, and 26.2 miles running in the 2009 Ironman Wisconsin tested my limits - physically, mentally, and emotionally. I've continued my blog as a training log for other races.
